My passion for art began at an early age when I discovered clay. As a child I spent hours creating whimsical clay sculptures which I fired in a kiln in my backyard.
At age twenty one I began a commercial figurine business and sold my sculptures to Disneyland in Anaheim, Knotts Berry Farm, and most of the Las Vegas hotels and numerous other shops across America.
I later joined the Motion Picture Sculptors Union and since, have sculpted characters for such films as E.T., Predator, Star Trek, Dune and in recent years I have sculpted many of the Disney characters that decorate the Disney Store\'s walls and ceilings. I have made numerous sculptures for the Universal Theme Park in Florida as well as working with a sculpting crew on the Disney Lava Monster for Disney Seas in Japan.
I find painting to be an inspirational outlet. I enjoy experimenting combining color and sculptural form in my work. My paintings have been sold in many parts of the world from England to Japan. See my prints at fineartamerica.com
